Someone in another thread mentioned dating apps in passing and it's been bugging me since.
There's a real gap between how dating apps is marketed and how it behaves once you're actually using it.
For what it's worth I did test a couple of options around dating apps before posting.
Narrowing it down, here is what matters to me about dating apps:
- How visible dating apps keeps you when you are not paying for a boost
- How quickly dating apps puts a paywall in front of a conversation that has started
- What moderation on dating apps actually looks like when you report someone
If you've actually used something relevant to dating apps, I'd rather hear that than a recommendation you read somewhere.
