Is free cam2cam possible without a subscription?

Would appreciate honest takes on free cam — including from anyone who thinks it's the wrong question.

Every comparison of free cam I've seen skips the part I care about, which is what happens after you sign up.

I gave free cam about two weeks of honest effort before deciding to ask.

My checklist for free cam, in rough order of importance:

• What moderation on free cam actually looks like when you report someone
• Whether free cam is honest about possible up front
• Whether anyone has tested possible properly on free cam

Genuinely open to being argued out of my assumptions on free cam.

I'd qualify this: free cam works fine if you're in a city, less so otherwise.
