Is the site free date com legitimate?

I've spent about three months poking at site and I still don't have a clean answer.

The date question keeps getting skipped in everything written about site.

My own attempt at site lasted a month and ended with me deleting three apps.

Practically speaking, for site I want to know:

• Whether site has real users outside the big metros
• How much of the site profile pool is dormant or fake
• What the date side of site looks like in practice

Any first-hand experience with site would help more than another list.
