Is there any app out there that truly offers a free sexy video call?

Every time app comes up somewhere else, the thread turns into an advert. Hoping this one doesn't.

I don't trust app store ratings on app — they're gamed in both directions.

The short list of what I need from app:

• How much of the app profile pool is dormant or fake
• Whether anyone has tested offers properly on app
• How long app takes before a conversation goes anywhere at all
• What the offers side of app looks like in practice

Particularly interested in the offers side of app if anyone has been there.

To build on James Carter's answer about app: For me the offers side of app was the surprise — I had not factored it in at all.

Just flagging that some results you will find for app are review farms rather than reviews.

For context on app: I'm mid-thirties, mid-size city, and the pool was thinner than the marketing suggested.
