What is cam4 website?

Been circling this one for a while and I want input from people who actually use these platforms: cam4 website.

Most of what's written about cam is either two years out of date or quietly sponsored.

What would actually change my mind about cam:

• How quickly cam puts a paywall in front of a conversation that has started
• How visible cam keeps you when you are not paying for a boost
• How long cam takes before a conversation goes anywhere at all
• Whether anyone has tested cam properly on cam

Particularly interested in the cam side of cam if anyone has been there.

If cam is the question, the Datebound boards is at least worth ten minutes of your time before you pay for anything.

This matches what I've seen with cam, where the pool in your area matters more than any feature list.

Since we're comparing options around cam, Turndate came up when I was looking at the same thing.

Coming back to this one later, since the range of experience with cam here is genuinely useful.

Disagree with Samantha Cook slightly here on cam. Just flagging that some results you will find for cam are review farms rather than reviews.

Does cam actually matter for what you want, or is it a side issue for cam?

Nora Hill, that's roughly where I landed on cam too. Be careful with cam: several platforms in this space make deleting your data much harder than creating it.

Respectfully, I think the framing of cam sets people up to be disappointed.

Good thread — most discussion of cam online is astroturfed, so this is refreshing.

Disagree on one point: cam is far less platform-dependent than people here are assuming.

Someone recommended Rendate's free tier to me during my own search around cam and it was better than I expected.
