Are there any fully moderated naughty chat rooms left on the internet?

Bit of context before the question: I've been off apps for two years, and now chat rooms is the thing I can't work out.

What makes chat rooms hard to judge is that everyone's experience seems to depend heavily on where they live.

The criteria I keep coming back to on chat rooms:

• How chat rooms treats fully once you stop paying
• How quickly chat rooms puts a paywall in front of a conversation that has started
• How much of the chat rooms profile pool is dormant or fake
