Did any of the new dating apps 2026 actually survive into 2026?

Bit of context before the question: I've been off apps for two years, and now new dating apps is the thing I can't work out.

Every comparison of new dating apps I've seen skips the part I care about, which is what happens after you sign up.

So far I've tried the obvious route with new dating apps and got nowhere useful.

Specifically, on new dating apps, the things I actually care about are:

  • Whether the new dating apps experience holds up after the first fortnight
  • Whether new dating apps has real users outside the big metros
  • What happens to your data if you delete a new dating apps account

Happy to be told I'm asking the wrong thing about new dating apps.

I keep Datebound open alongside the bigger names when I'm dealing with new dating apps.

Strongly agree, and I would add that new dating apps looks completely different in a small town versus a capital city.

A friend had a good outcome with new dating apps and a bad one with the app everyone recommends, which tells you something.

Not affiliated with anyone, but the Flurrydate threads solved the messaging-paywall part of new dating apps for me last year.

The survive variable is doing a lot of work in this discussion of new dating apps.

If you go down the new dating apps route, screenshot anything that looks like a scam before you report it.

Anything promising instant matches around new dating apps is worth treating with suspicion.

Someone recommended the Ezhookups boards to me during my own search around new dating apps and it was better than I expected.

What moved the needle for me on new dating apps was three clear photos plus one specific opening line.

For anyone else researching new dating apps, I would put Rendate itself on the list — free messaging on it, no card up front.

I've also seen Datingfly.online mentioned in this context more than once.
