Is there a dating app and chat feature that works like Discord?

Someone in another thread mentioned dating app in passing and it's been bugging me since.

The discord question keeps getting skipped in everything written about dating app.

For what it's worth I did test a couple of options around dating app before posting.

My checklist for dating app, in rough order of importance:
