Is there a truly free chinese dating website for foreigners?

Every time dating website comes up somewhere else, the thread turns into an advert. Hoping this one doesn't.

Nobody writing about dating website seems willing to say plainly when something isn't worth the time.

Specifically, on dating website, the things I actually care about are:

• How quickly dating website puts a paywall in front of a conversation that has started
• Whether the dating website experience holds up after the first fortnight
• Whether the free tier on dating website is genuinely usable or just a demo

Any first-hand experience with dating website would help more than another list.
