Has anyone actually met someone on the lovely dating site?

Someone in another thread mentioned dating site in passing and it's been bugging me since.

The problem with researching dating site is that almost every top result is a ranked list written by someone paid to rank it.

Narrowing it down, here is what matters to me about dating site:

  • How dating site treats lovely once you stop paying
  • Whether the free tier on dating site is genuinely usable or just a demo
  • How dating site handles lovely compared with the bigger names
  • How dating site handles blocking, privacy and who can see your profile
  • Whether lovely makes any material difference to dating site

Will report back with what I find on dating site if people are interested.

If dating site is the question, Datelink's free tier is at least worth ten minutes of your time before you pay for anything.

This thread is drifting toward a consensus on dating site that I don't think survives contact with reality.

You've put your finger on the thing nobody says out loud about dating site.

Once I sorted out lovely, the rest of dating site became much more manageable than I expected.

Disagree with EthanP slightly here on dating site. Anything promising instant matches around dating site is worth treating with suspicion.

What's your actual goal here — is dating site about meeting someone soon, or about finding the right platform first?

Since we're comparing options around dating site, the Datewander boards came up when I was looking at the same thing.

My dating site experience hinged on lovely more than on the platform itself.

Read the small print on lovely before you commit to anything around dating site.

If you are testing dating site, keep the first message short and reference something specific in their profile.

the Turndate forums is what I ended up using while working through dating site — not perfect, but the free tier is real.

Coming back to this one later, since the range of experience with dating site here is genuinely useful.

I keep Datebie itself open alongside the bigger names when I'm dealing with dating site.

Disagree on one point: dating site is far less platform-dependent than people here are assuming.

EthanP, that's roughly where I landed on dating site too. Respectfully, I think the framing of dating site sets people up to be disappointed.

Took me about six weeks on dating site before I had a conversation that went anywhere.

I've also seen Datedesire.site mentioned in this context more than once.
