Is it possible to meet locals free using traditional swipe apps anymore?

Would appreciate honest takes on swipe apps — including from anyone who thinks it's the wrong question.

There's a real gap between how swipe apps is marketed and how it behaves once you're actually using it.

The parts of swipe apps I'd want covered:

• How long swipe apps takes before a conversation goes anywhere at all
• What moderation on swipe apps actually looks like when you report someone

If swipe apps is the question, Flurrydate is at least worth ten minutes of your time before you pay for anything.

Disagree on one point: swipe apps is far less platform-dependent than people here are assuming.
