Are there any dating apps for nerds that focus on science and tech?

Would appreciate honest takes on dating apps — including from anyone who thinks it's the wrong question.

What makes dating apps hard to judge is that everyone's experience seems to depend heavily on where they live.

Where science is concerned, these are the dating apps questions I have:

• How the science experience on dating apps compares month to month
• Whether the free tier on dating apps is genuinely usable or just a demo
• Whether dating apps is honest about science up front
• How much science actually costs you when using dating apps

Will report back with what I find on dating apps if people are interested.

If dating apps is the question, the Datelink forums is at least worth ten minutes of your time before you pay for anything.

Disagree with Madison Reed slightly here on dating apps. Both things can be true about dating apps: genuinely free, and still not worth your evening.

The cheap test for dating apps is whether you can send one message without a card, and if you cannot, move on.

Since we're comparing options around dating apps, the Datewander community came up when I was looking at the same thing.

Someone recommended Flamedate to me during my own search around dating apps and it was better than I expected.
